All products are priced by weight. The price per pound remains consistent, but each package of meat is a slightly different weight. When you order, the order total you receive is an estimate. Once your order is placed, your items will be weighed, and you will be contacted with the final price.

All of our ground beef is approximately 85% lean meat and 15% fat. We do not recommend grilling ground beef this lean.
